Our charming top floor corner condo in Sable Ridge has 2 private balconies, so, double the mountain views! Our 1350sqft unit is perfect for families. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There's central heating, A/C, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, and heated underground parking. The complex has a swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. 1 hot tub is open year round 9am - 10pm, and the pool and 2nd hot tub are open May long weekend to mid September. We know you will have a great time here.
The space
This condo is spacious, tastefully decorated, and child friendly: there is nothing breakable at a low level. From the communal hallway, you walk into the main living space. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with great appliances and the basic cooking essentials ready for your culinary skills. We also provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans for your personal use.
The four bedrooms can sleep up to eight guests and are nicely furnished. For extra comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel quality linens. Each bedroom has plenty of closet or dresser storage for longer stays.
There are also two full bathrooms adjoining three of the bedrooms. Each bathroom comes stocked with locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo, along with hotel quality towels.
NEARBY...
There is a children’s park, sport court (skating in winter) and splash pad (summer use) just two blocks south on St. Joseph street. Further to that there is a cute coffee/bakery shop, numerous restaurants and a brewery all within walking distance of our condo.
Guest access
Our unit is located on the corner of the building beside a quiet staircase. We use this exit during the day to get outside for a walk around Radium. You will have access the entire condo during your stay.
You may also park in front of the building and use the main door and elevator to the third floor.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub and pool are subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

- No shoes inside please, the tidier the better!
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets anywhere in the property or around the pool and deck area
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
