Welcome to this beautifully designed ground-floor condo at Sable Ridge in Radium, BC. This inviting space offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere for your getaway.As you enter, you'll find a convenient shoe closet to your left, stocked with pool towels for your use.
The living area is designed for both comfort and style, featuring a stunning stone fireplace as the focal point. A sectional couch invites you to unwind, while a cozy seating area by the large window provides the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. Thoughtfully curated mountain-inspired decor, including a bear crib board and a selection of Columbia Valley books, adds a local touch. Whether you're curling up with a good read, enjoying the ambiance of the fire, or watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV, this space is perfect for relaxation after a day of adventure.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential items, including oil, salt, pepper, and freshly roasted coffee beans. With a full-sized stove, microwave, kettle, and drip coffee maker, it offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The dining area, with its beautiful wooden table, creates a welcoming space for sharing meals or connecting with loved ones.
The primary bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, plenty of storage, and a Fire TV for added comfort. Its private en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combo for a refreshing soak. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin bunk above, making it ideal for families. There’s ample space for luggage and clothes, ensuring a stress-free stay. House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am .- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- No pets anywhere in the property or around the pool and deck area.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay with us (including at checkout) as there are no local garbage collection services.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Great place to stay. Short walk to anywhere in Radium. Underground parking is a plus and the pool was great on hot days.
